It means the user won’t fix only add text while replying to the polls.

This feature will be launched in the future WhatsApp update but, currently, it is the major part of Beta. This update suggests the user assigned to the photo in the poll option. Users can set the picture in each poll for an attractive visual representation of the poll. It creates a more fun and amazing activity for the user to select the image according to their choice.
